The inner ring and outer ring of the RW bearing adopt an integrated structural design. Since the rolling surface is double-rowed and small-diameter rollers are used, the number of rollers is approximately 5 times that of the traditional crossed roller ring RU type* (RW 228 type). Torque is reduced while maintaining compactness, increasing rigidity and precision. Since the size and number of mounting bolt holes are optimally designed, rolling surface deformation caused by mounting can be reduced, resulting in stable rotational performance.
RW bearings are precision bearings with a double-row cylindrical roller structure. The rolling elements are distributed face-to-face at a 45° pressure angle in the two rows of raceways. The angle between the two rows of rolling elements is 90 degrees perpendicular. The thickness of the bearing makes the bearing have better overall stiffness and ring strength. It is not easily affected by mating components during installation and is easier to install. Bearings can be installed in applications with high stiffness requirements, such as rotary tables and milling heads.
