How to prevent noise from angular contact ball bearings

Bearing noise is an important source of pollution to the environment and an important indicator that needs to be controlled in the bearing industry. In particular, the noise limit for angular contact ball bearings used in home appliances, office machinery, and instruments is more prominent. There are many factors that affect bearing noise, and it is also very complex. It needs to be analyzed and studied from the overall design of the bearing, each part of the bearing - the inner ring, outer ring, cage, rolling elements and lubricating oil (grease). It also needs to be analyzed from the angular contact Analyze and study the materials used in each part of the ball bearing, the processing technology, and even the equipment and process materials used in the project. This is the basic content involved in bearing noise technology.

Rolling bearing corrosion is caused by various internal and external factors. To sum up, the main ones are:

1. Metal surface finish (battery corrosion due to oxygen concentration difference).

2. The chemical composition and structure of the metal material itself.

3. The composition and pH value of the solution in contact with the metal surface;

4. Ambient temperature and humidity.

5. Various environmental media in contact with metal surfaces.

6. In addition, human sweat is also the cause of corrosion of angular contact ball bearings. Its pH value is 5 ~ 6. Therefore, in order to prevent corrosion caused by hand sweat, installation and production personnel should wear gloves and do not touch rolling bearings with their hands.

Apply anti-rust oil to prevent rolling bearings from rusting

1. Soaking method: Some small rolling bearings are soaked in anti-rust grease. The thickness of the oil film can be achieved by controlling the temperature or viscosity of the anti-rust grease. A method of applying a layer of anti-rust grease to its surface.

2. Brushing method: When brushing, pay attention to apply it evenly on the surface of the rolling bearing, avoid accumulation, and pay attention to prevent missing coating.

3. Spray method: Some large anti-rust objects are not suitable for oiling by immersion. Generally, filtered compressed air with a pressure of about 0.7Mpa is used for spraying in a clean air place. The spray method is suitable for solvent-diluted anti-rust oil or thin layer anti-rust oil. This method must adopt complete fire prevention and labor protection measures.
