From June 19th to 20th, 2023, the two-day Luoyang Mengjin District Federation of Trade Unions' 10th Employee Professional Skills (Operation and Programming of Bearing Special Grinder) Contest came to an end at Luoyang Hongyuan Bearing Technology Co., Ltd. The competition adopts a combination of theoretical examination and practical operation. There are a total of 150 participants, which are divided into three arenas. The competition is scored according to a 100-point system. The theoretical knowledge test accounts for 20% of the total score, and the skill operation test accounts for the total score. 80% of that. The final score will be judged by the chief referee on the spot at a referee meeting.

The theory test mainly assesses the contestants' knowledge of grinding principles, including the selection principles of grinding wheels, surface grinding, internal grinding, external grinding and safety literacy knowledge. The practical test is based on the special CNC grinding machine for bearings. The contestants independently complete the basic tasks such as the confirmation of the processing technology, the adjustment of the bearing measuring instrument, and the change of the machine tool according to the competition task book, and complete the bearing parts by adjusting the parameters of the CNC machine tool. Grinding.

There are three prizes in the competition: after intense competition, Zhang Xiaobo won the first prize of 1,000 yuan and a toolbox; Chen Zhibin and Li Yuanbo won the second prize of 500 yuan and a Xiaomi fast-charging power bank; Wang Zongming, Han Mingming, Guo Chao won the third prize with a bonus of 300 yuan and a tea Yushi water cup.
