1. Photovoltaic power generation system. Install a 2.8-megawatt photovoltaic power generation system, covering an area of 18,000 square meters. The daily power generation in summer is 17,800 kWh (currently about 10,000 kWh), and the annual power generation is more than 3 million kWh, which can meet about 60% of the company's electricity consumption. .

2. Construction of cleaner production in workshops. Introducing a centralized water supply system, the grinding fluid used in machine tools is automatically proportioned and used in a closed cycle; the clean processing of the machine tools is modified, and central air conditioning and fresh air systems are installed in the workshop; 2 internationally advanced heat treatment production lines are introduced to realize automatic loading and unloading, and the heat treatment workshop Clean, bright and comfortable. The workshop production has achieved remarkable results in improving quality and efficiency, saving energy and reducing consumption, creating a safe, clean and healthy production environment.

After three major transformations, Hongyuan Bearing was recognized as the first "Henan Smart Factory" in the bearing industry in Henan Province in 2020, won the "Municipal Green Factory" in 2021, and won two honors from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2023: Excellent Scenario of Intelligent Manufacturing, Typical cases of quality improvement in industry and information technology. The successful implementation of the three major transformations has promoted the high-quality development of Hongyuan Bearing and provided strong impetus for the company's subsequent development.
